BS6 KAWASAKI NINJA 650 Launched:
Kawasaki has launched its all-new motorcycle, the Ninja 650. It’s always been a fantastic tourer for a long time. Now it meets BS6 emission norms, and it also gets some additional features. It gets a new price tag of 6,24,000 (ex-showroom).
TOP NEW FEATURES:
The new feature includes all-new instrument cluster, some color schemes, Smartphone connectivity, LED lights, new windshield, new tires, and of Course a new BS6 emission norm. The new instrument cluster gets a fully digital TFT color display, and it also gets some additional features which are not there in its predecessor. The all-new Ninja 650 gets Smartphone Connectivity, which comes to have Bluetooth connectivity too. Using the smartphone app “Rideology The App,” you can access the functions of this new instrument cluster.
The new Kawasaki Ninja 650 also gets twin LED headlights and features low and high beam as well as a position lamp that offers better brightness. In terms of aesthetics, the new Ninja 650 also gets a new, sportier windshield, which cuts more wind blast, looks premium, and increases the stability of the bike.
The new Ninja 650 also gets a new set of Dunlop Sportmax Road sport tires, which inspires high confidence while cornering. The new bike comes with fresh design sharper styling, which gives the bike a sportier stance than before.
ENGINE SPECIFICATION OF BS6 Kawasaki Ninja 650:
The new ninja 650 gets an engine that meets the BS6 emission norms. The motorcycle comes with 649cc, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke parallel-twin engine, which produces 68 ps of power @8000rpm and 65.7 nm of torque@6700rpm. This bike gets a 6-speed gearbox as before and framed by a Trellis frame that uses high-tensile steel. Tyre configurations remain similar to that of its predecessor. It gets 120/70ZR17M/C and 160/60ZR117M/C Tyre size at the front and rear, respectively. The kerb weight of the motorcycle is 196 kg, and the fuel tank capacity is 15 liters.
BRAKES AND SUSPENSION OF BS6 Kawasaki Ninja 650:
The Suspension and brake setup in Ninja 650 is 41 mm telescopic fork, 125 mm wheel travel, and dual semi-floating 300 mm dual disc at the front. Horizontal Back-link with adjustable preload suspension with 130 mm wheel travel and 220 mm petal disc at the rear.
