the addition we have with us is the Moto GP edition and sports Suzuki’s racing colors
SUZUKI GIXXER SF 250CC Bike Review
Now it’s actually one of the best times to show off these colors because Suzuki is having one of the best seasons in MotoGP right now
Now this segment offers a lot of options and some bikes are even tracked focus but Suzuki has managed to add a bit of a twist and that’s the practical aspect so we shall find out
how practical this gorgeous bike is.
2021 Suzuki Gixxer SF 250CC is MotoGP edition the racing colors really stand out now you can see the fairing of the tank, the colors really come out and make it look more sporty now when you look at this clip-on handlebars they’re a bit more raised for easy riding position now you look at this all-digital instrument cluster it is showing its age but Suzuki is promised that it will come with Bluetooth connectivity next year now you come down here and see the seat height it is fairly low and making it accessible for all the riders and you see the double-barrel exhaust it comes with chrome finishing again a very sporty look all in all you can see the bike itself is extremely sporty.
The 250cc engine is an oil-cooled one and according to Suzuki this ensures weight reduction but in many ways, this has also helped in cost-cutting now the 26 bhp motor is not a free-revving one but it ensures that you can tackle slow-moving traffic easily.
The 250cc engine is a fairly refined one and with 26 bhp of power output, it offers a linear and a measured response at low speeds it doesn’t start sprinting from the word go and catch you off guard making it an easy bike to ride especially for inexperienced riders with plenty of low-end torque it’s quite a breeze to tackle start-stop traffic as mentioned earlier the powertrain isn’t as free-raving as its rivals but the SF-250 is happiest at the mid-range power band which cruises effortlessly over the three-figure mark.
This Bike is capable of reaching the 150-kilometer mark but that’s where the engine starts to feel stressed this is where mild vibrations can be felt on the handlebars footpegs and the seat now in terms of handling the jigsaw SF 250 is not a slouch either being fairly lightweight with an accommodating chassis it is a flickable motorcycle and can tackle rush hour traffic with ease it’s confident in handling especially while taking sharp turns, therefore, it’s both agile and nimble now it comes equipped with front and rear discs along with dual-channel abs for tackling daily commute the brakes are effective enough but at high speeds, the front disc brake doesn’t offer the additional bite required so we’d advise using both the brakes for the better stoppage.
The Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 has a lot going for itself apart from its design it’s a practical motorcycle it comes with clip-on bars which are raised, the footpegs are not sweated back so the riding position is actually very commuter-friendly the engine is not the fastest but it has a controlled output which ensures that riding in slow-moving traffic is an easy task on top of that when you look at the fit and finish the color quality the switches they are top of the line and maybe even one of the best in the segment.
