Upcoming Yamaha R3 BS6 2020:
Yamaha R3 has always been a favorite bike between the enthusiast. As you know, Yamaha R3 Bs4 bike has discontinued, and now, Yamaha is going to launch a BS6 variant of R3 in the Indian market. R3 was first launched in 2015 with its tourer friendly style. So, it assembled in Indonesia (Karawang, West Java) and built on an Ultra-light steel-diamond frame. And now it is getting a fresher look with BS6 emission standard engine. Read further to understand everything about this bike.

Degine of the New BS6 YAMAHA R3:
The new Yamaha R3 now comes with a fresher and sharper look. It also gets new fairing, new Led headlights setup, and new tail-light as well. The clip-on handlebars on the bike are now more committed towards the aggressive side and used only for Sports and track (comparing to its predecessor).
And the clip-on handlebars on the new R3 is lowered by 22 mm. The bike also gets a new front scoop for more aerodynamic riding. It gets 14 L of tank capacity, and the fuel tank resembles the bigger Yamaha R1.
The bike loses 6 kg and has an incremented top speed of around 5 km/h (claimed by the company). The R3 also gets a new Fully Digital speedometer (LCD unit) and even got a new suspension setup also.
YAMAHA R3 Engine:
When we talk About Yamaha’s Bikes, the first thought that comes in our mind is Engine Smoothness and Long life reliability. R3 has more Durable and Reliable in any other motorcycle in the 400cc segment. New Yzf R3 Powering the new Yamaha R3 is the same 321cc liquid-cooled fuel-injected parallel-twin engine, which packs 42 bhp of power and 29.6 nm of torque. R3 Motor mated with a 6-speed transmission and Also Comes with a Slipper clutch at Standard. When it comes to India, it will get a BS6 compliant engine.
When it could launch:
Yamaha has not revealed the launch date of the new BS6 compliant Yamaha R3 yet. But, the updated Yamaha R3 made its debut for the international market in 2019. But there is not a single sign of the launch date of this bike for the Indian market. But according to rumors, it will be launched after Lockdown or early 2021 for the Indian market. So we guess that the pricing of the new R3 will be slightly higher than its predecessor and Launch at the price tag of approx 3.70 lakh ex-showroom(Delhi).
